WC is a groundbreaking hospitality and wellness project focused on the acquisition and revitalization of Chilham Castle Estate, a historic 300-acre property in Kent, England. The initiative reimagines the use of heritage real estate as a sanctuary for immersive wellness experiences and preventative healthcare. The deck served as a key tool in securing investor funding for this visionary concept, combining luxury, sustainability, and cutting-edge wellness practices to create a global impact.

In my portfolio, the brand is referred to as "WC." After successfully acquiring the funds and completing the sale of the castle, the founder has since shifted towards a new direction. All the designs showcased here remain credible to me as the Art Director and reflects the original vision and story of the business during its initial phase.

The primary objective was to design a pitch deck that clearly communicated the project's ambitious goals and innovative vision while maintaining a sophisticated and credible tone. The direction was to balance the imaginative elements of the wellness concept with the gravitas required to secure high-level investor buy-in. The project needed to emphasize its financial viability, cultural relevance, and transformative impact on wellness and mental health.

Collaborated with the Founder and Creative Director to deeply understand the project’s direction.

Designed layouts and visuals that unified the castle's historic charm with the innovative wellness concept.

Conducted a photoshoot of the castle to create bespoke imagery for the deck.
